Join Be There Ministries as we host 5K's across the US to fundraise for our ministry. All proceeds go to BTM orphan care and the families we serve.

Raise your funds by creating a campaign here: https://www.bethereministries.com/campaigns. Click "Start a Campaign" and log in to your account. 

Your personal campaign can be walking/running the 5k yourself, with family and friends, or joining one of our community events. Please let us know which option you will be doing through your ticket purchase. Raise a minimum of $100 to receive a free 5K t-shirt! Add a photo of yourself and the purpose for why you're participatingin the BTM 5K.

Be There Light the Way 5K Schedule

* 3:00 PM – Registration and check-in opens

* Pre-registered participants check in and pick up their race number.

* Day-of registration available.

* Event T-shirts available for purchase unless earned through fundraising.

* Participants who raise $100 or more receive a free event T-shirt.

*3:45PM - Welcome brief remarks, prayer

* 4:00 PM – 5K begins

* 5:30 PM – Official course closes

* Participants still on the course will be directed to the finish line.

* 6:00 PM – Closing remarks and recognition

* Celebrate participants and top fundraisers.

* Thank sponsors, volunteers, and attendees.

*On-site registration is $35. Online registration $25 before September 1st.*
